The Information Security Center (ISC) was established to develop the cyber warfare capabilities of the Armed Forces. The center consistently drives forward-looking research in cybersecurity technology and provides professional consulting services. In alignment with national defense policy, the ISC regularly hosts cybersecurity competitions and offers specialized training courses. Through collaborative exchanges, academic research, and cybersecurity forums, the center aims to spark interest in national defense security among young students, thereby recruiting top talent and strengthening the nation's defense cybersecurity workforce.
Currently, the ISC continues to enhance its educational outreach. In addition to faculty development, the center actively guides and encourages students to participate in training and obtain professional certifications. Students from this academy have repeatedly been selected by the Ministry of National Defense to represent the nation at international cyber defense forums and seminars. Since 2017, the ISC has successfully organized the annual Armed Forces Cyber Cup and Military Academy Cyber Cup, achieving outstanding results.
The Information Security Center will continue to execute various specialized projects to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application. By fostering the implementation and advancement of cybersecurity policies and technical capabilities, the ISC remains committed to achieving the ultimate goal of enhancing the Armed Forces' information security and cyber warfare proficiency.
